Mrs. Fager's Meat Balls

Mrs. Fager This issue's guest recipe is from Mrs. Fager, loving wife of Anders Fager, who designed The HellGame.

Evil Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
1/2 kg (1 lb) mincemeat (beef)
1 whole garlic clove
Some dried basil
Salt
Pepper

Note: For freshest cuts of meat, take a
trip to the country. There are plenty of
cows in the country. Bring an ax.

Method

Peel the garlic and crush it to pulp.

Put everything in a large bowl with just
a little water and mix the lot using your
bare hands.

Mix it some more.

And more. DO IT!!!

Roll meatballs 2 cm (4/5th inch) in
diameter. Use the palms of your hands
and some water to make the rolling
movements smoother.

Each ball should be rolled for at
least the time it takes to hum the
chorus of Uncle Fucka.

Fry the meatballs in a hot frying pan.

Serve these with boiled potatoes, brown gravy (use full-tilt, no mercy,
all-fat cream or you might as well forget about the whole thing) and
cowberry jam (also known as lingonberry jam).

About the Author: Mrs. Fager is happily married to Anders Fager, and they have a beautiful 4 year-old son. She works as a research engineer, doing DNA sequencing. Her hobbies include reading Shakespeare, SCUBA diving, and searching for trilobite fossils, although there never seem to be any time to do so. Mrs. Fager is also the woman depicted on the Liar card in The HellGame. Anders claims that was an accident.
